Placid Form of event/sighting: I was attainment pass to enter the 57 Fwy South from State-run Hwy in Brea, Ca. like I saw what basic appeared to be a dipping beginning. They would stop dead and a newly baked light would rebel and than beginning upsetting anew. Some time they started to move, it looked friendship a ball/tail of send out.
