THE LUNA 13 PHOTOGRAPHS
This staggering photograph, which appears to show an axle and wheels abandoned on the moon's surface, was taken by the Luna 13 spacecraft following a successful Soviet moon landing on December 24th, 1966.
It was the second 'soft landing' the Soviets had achieved, but only the first in the Sea of Clouds, where this photograph was taken.

Two other Soviet spacecraft, Luna 2 and Luna 5, had impacted the moon at the Sea of Clouds prior to the Luna 13 landing, and speculation is that the 'axle and wheels' might have belonged to one of these craft. But there is a problem with this theory.
Luna 2 is known to have impacted the moon at Latitude 29.10 N, 100s of miles from the site of the above photograph, while the precise details of Luna 5's crash site remain unknown.
True, we do know Luna 5 came to grief somewhere in the Sea of Clouds, and could theoretically therefore account for the object in the photograph.

And Chatelain is not the only one to have blown the whistle on NASA. Former contractee Donna Hare says she has seen NASA PHOTOGRAPHS DEPICTING UFOS and that her colleague's job was to airbrush the alien craft out of the photos.
Former Lockheed Martin aerospace engineer, John Schuessler, who worked at NASA on virtually all of America's manned space missions, also claims he has seen official NASA lithographs depicting UFOs.
And former US Air Force Sergeant, Karl Wolfe, who worked with the US Tactical Air Command and the NSA in the 1960s, revealed that he was shown photographs of artificial structures on the moon taken prior to the Apollo missions.
Claims made by other sources, most notably US researcher RICHARD HOAGLAND, tend to support the idea that artificial structures have been photographed on the moon.
Hoagland in particular claims alien artefacts photographed on the moon's surface substantiate his claim that NASA is suppressing evidence of an alien presence on the moon, and indeed, that an alien civilization once existed there.
And it would seem Hoagland is not alone in his belief. Word is even some of the Apollo astronauts are believers in the alien presence. But then, well they should be, shouldn't they? If the rumours are to be believed, it would appear they were the first to encounter them.

APOLLO 11'S ALIEN ENCOUNTER
According to Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, two massive alien spacecraft were waiting there to greet him as he and the Apollo 11 Lunar Module touched down on the moon's surface in July 1969.
Alleged conversations between Armstrong, Mission Control and an unnamed professor also disclose the reasons behind the US government's shock decision to cancel the Apollo Moon Landing program in 1973.

But it is what he is alleged to have said next that has caused such fierce debate - and no small controversy - across the intervening decades.
Through the crackle and pop of what many believe was a deliberately contrived poor-quality broadcast, Armstrong was heard to say he could see a 'light' on the rim of a nearby crater. Mission Control responded with a request for more information, following which the transmission went dead.
"For a full two minutes nothing was heard"
Or was it? According to former NASA employee, Otto Binder, who worked on the Apollo program, US radio hams picked up the following conversation, which was alleged to have taken place during the transmission black-out.
"Neil Armstrong:" 'What was it? What the hell was it? That's all I want to know'
"Mission Control:" 'What's there? [garbled transmission] Mission Control calling Apollo Eleven'
"Neil Armstrong:" 'These babies are huge, sir enormous. Oh, God you wouldn't believe it! I'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there, lined up on the far side of the crater edge. They're on the moon watching us'
Though NASA has always denied the authenticity of the transmission, former NASA technician, Maurice Chatelain, revealed otherwise.
'The encounter was common knowledge in NASA,' he said in 1979. 'But nobody has talked about it until now.'
Chatelain also confirmed radio communications were interrupted several times during the Apollo 11 mission 'in order to keep the truth from the public'.

According to several sources, colour movie footage of the alien craft was shot by Armstrong's companion, Edwin 'Buzz' Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon. Even Armstrong himself is reported to have been silenced on the matter, though naturally he has always publicly denied this.
It was also reported that the KGB kept files on Apollo 11's alien encounter (see "COSMIC TOP SECRET: THE UNSEEN AGENDA" by Jon King), and that subsequent to the encounter the Soviet Union backed out of the moon race to avoid confrontation with the aliens.
And in the JANUARY 27TH, 1999 EDITION OF RUSSIA'S PRAVDA NEWSPAPER, in an article incredibly titled "'Sensation: Cities Found On The Moon!'", the following extract appeared:
'NASA scientists and engineers participating in exploration of Mars and the Moon reported the results of their discoveries at a briefing at the Washington National Press Club on March 21, 1996. It was announced for the first time that man-made structures and objects have been discovered on the Moon.'
The article went on to state that 'the ruins of lunar cities stretch for many kilometres' and that 'huge domes', 'numerous tunnels' and 'other constructions' were causing 'scientists to reconsider their opinions concerning the moon'.
Once again, NASA has denied the validity of this article.
But several other reports have emerged out of Russia.
Speaking of the Apollo 11 encounter, renowned physicist and Professor of Mathematics at the KGB-sponsored Moscow University, Dr Vladimir Azhazha, revealed that 'the encounter was reported immediately after the landing of the module'.
He added: 'Neil Armstrong relayed the message to Mission Control that two large mysterious objects were watching them after having landed near the moon module. But his message was never heard by the public because NASA censored it.'
But perhaps the most intriguing claim was made by classical musician and UFO researcher, Timothy Good, who said he was informed by a British intelligence agent of a subsequent conversation between Neil Armstrong and an unnamed professor.
Evidently the conversation took place in a hotel bedroom, and was 'overheard' by the snooping agent.
"Professor:" 'What really happened out there with Apollo Eleven?'
"Neil Armstrong:" 'It was incredible of course, we had always known there was a possibility the fact is we were warned off. There was never any question then of a space station or a Moon City.'
"Professor:" 'How do you mean, 'warned off'?'
"Neil Armstrong:" 'I can't go into details, except to say that their ships were far superior to ours, both in size and technology. Boy, were they big and menacing. No, there is no question of a space station.'
This last statement is revealing in itself. At this point NASA had invested hundreds of millions of dollars researching the construction of a futuristic Moon City (left). Plans for the base were already at a very advanced stage. At the same time Russia had spent equally vast sums on its own moon landing program. But following the initial Apollo landings, things changed.
"Mysteriously Russia would pull out of the 'moon race' altogether and even more mysteriously NASA would call an end to the Apollo Moon program way before time. Russia would never attempt to land on the moon. NASA's plans for a Moon City would be shelved."
The conversation concluded:
"Professor:" 'But NASA had other missions after Apollo Eleven.'
"Neil Armstrong:" 'Naturally, NASA was committed at that time, and couldn't risk a panic on earth But it really was a quick scoop and back again.'

At first he thought they were firework because they were shooting some around area but he notice that they wear still there. They came together and they went off. He lost track of it. I was going north over the bridge around 8:40Pm where the railroad tracks are located. My son and I witness a big light and it just was moving real fast. I got a little video of it. My husband took pictures but could not take more because he was working. He called me and said you would not believe what I just saw. I told him I was in the area where he saw it.

In the article Intel Wars 1, I began wading into the RAM controversy. http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2010/02/intel-wars-1-sacrificial-ram.html Some of the players have not been amused at my entering their RAM pond. Aside from the occasional threat from Gorden Novel (I am getting along fine with Gordon at present), Jack Sarfatti (New web site: http://www.stardrive.org/) who along with his usual colorful insults, had the audacity of late to call me a bottom feeder for elbowing my way into the RAM ruckus. (Keep in mind I have tangled with Jack for 15 years.) I decided I would wear that badge with honor. All of us in the public sector have by necessity become bottom feeders in order to survive, feeding on the scraps that fall from the voracious surface feeders above.
Down in the deep south where both Gordon and I live, the bottom feeders can grow to great size and when the water and oxygen levels get low, can eat up the surface feeders. As a persistent bottom feeder of all things extraterrestrial, I have been accumulating more information on this RAM controversy that expands the playing field beyond just Gordon's RAM. There are other RAM projects in development. Jack Reason at the Open Minds Forum stated very well the potential importance of these RAM wars in ending disclosure.

Several years ago Dan Smith said that Ron had indicated that Gordon's RAM had competition and Bigelow's name was mentioned. If there is a RAM operation connected to Bigelow Aerospace that would be an important development. Bigelow Aerospace already has a prototype inflatable space station in space and certainly has the interest and capital to move a RAM project ahead quickly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BA 330 Could Jack Sarfatti be involved in such a operation after the falling out he had with Gordon years ago?
When I talked to Gordon by phone the other day, he said that Paul Murad had stolen his chief aerospace engineer. I assume that this was one of the things that sparked the altercation at the Pizza Hut. (Gordon said the rumor is not true that he pulled a knife on Paul, but that he did have a pocketknife in his pocket with a saw blade on it that could scratch up a persons face a little. ) Gordon's altercation with Jack Sarfatti and a few choice threats, had Jack screaming FBI, so we see that this competition for talent and investors amongst competing RAMs has turned nasty. The details of all this are on the OM RAM thread already referred to above.
Ryan in his article made a good point that there is intense competition for investors amongst the RAM operations. It seems that Paul Murad is somehow connected to yet another RAM operation and has been intent on poaching investors and talent from Gordon's RAM, maybe even with Ron Pandolfi's help. Dan Smith told me in the past that Paul worked for Ron. Keep in mind that Steven Greer has another RAM operation mostly associated with energy and like Gordon through good salesmanship and networking of contacts has accessed millions of dollars of venture capital.
On top of all this Gordon claims to be in a vigorous struggle with those who wish to suppress all RAM development in the public sector including his own. All this could lead to lawsuits involving many billions, maybe even a hundred billion dollars. If a lawsuit can be maintained to the point of discovery that could really heat things up. Gordon says the RAM circuit that his group has a patent on is based on a very fundamental principle upon which all or many of these ARV's are based. Gordon says its much like the principle of a jet engine where all the different kind of jet aircraft operate on the same fundamental basic principle. The folks who own the patents on this principle or circuit could potentially have a powerful financial impact on all the secret classified spacecraft industry.
Potential royalities from this patent could be in the tens maybe even hundreds of billions of dollars. I would not count Gordon out quite yet. He might not be a physicist, or a good buisnessman, but he is a good networker and has been operating in the black world for a long time and has developed many powerful contacts. For the penthouse spys in Washington to call him a joke, may be a little bit premature. :-)
There are plenty of people who doubt and attack both Gordon and Steven Greer's credibility, but the simple fact is that regardless of credibility concerns, both men have through good salesmanship and networking of contacts been able to access millions of dollars of venture capital that is flooding into public RAM operations.
All these operations that I have been reporting on have been in the U.S. but undoubtedly there are other RAM operations cropping up around the world. All this chaos in the private sector is what one would expect as integration into extraterrestrial realities continues to move down from the apex of power towards the grass roots of society.
Certainly all this ruckus has got to be popping up and piquing interest in the large number of companies involved in corporate espionage. These latest revelations on corporate espionage and the CIA show just how prevalent corporate espionage is today.

Once corporations cut out of the action catch on to RAM and powerful legal teams realize how much money is to be made in litigating these issues, that could as Jake Reason suggests, blow the UFO/ET cover-up sky high. Certainly this is something that all the UFO/ET community should be aware of and keep a close eye upon.
