Watched a thin white cigar-shaped ufo at lunchtime hover high over West Bay, then move very slowly north/northwest against prevailing winds (which were from the north) until it faded from view. My sunglasses helped cut through the haze so that I had a clear view of it. I got the feeling it was a saucer shape seen from the side, based on its path away from me. I observed it for about 10 minutes from parking lot of McDonald's. Obviously not a plane, helicopter, sail, or balloon.
